I work with Virginia on a regular basis and she has been a great help to me . She has covered everything from administrative tasks, bookkeeping, graphic design, errands (like shopping for client gifts and getting mail/packages sent out), and office organizing. Thanks to her, my taxes will be ready ahead of schedule, and my small business is doing more marketing in 2017 than I was able to do in the past due to not having enough help. I would enthusiastically recommend Virginia for any of the above tasks.

I'm so happy I finally did this. I'm moving out of the house I grew up in for last 20 years. As someone who holds onto things, it helped to have someone there so I didn't spend time getting distracted and reading through EVERY journal, letter, card, etc. if I saw something I knew would make me emotional, I put it in the 'keep' pile and moved on. She made me feel ok about keeping sentimental things and gave advice on what to throw away, but didn't ever say "do you really need to keep THAT?" if I wanted to keep something special to me. And when I was unsure, she gave great advice on donating and letting go. We got rid of so much stuff! Absolutely no pressure during the process which was important to me! I liked her suggestions for organizing my things when I move into my new home. I felt really comfortable with her there, and no shame. If I need help like this in the future I will definitely hire again.

Virginia is an absolute lifesaver! My husband and I moved to Portland from California and were completely overwhelmed by what to do with our many boxes. Virginia was able to come assist us on short notice and expertly helped us to create and execute on an unpacking strategy, all while making us completely comfortable. I was shocked by the process she made in just one afternoon! I have no doubt that we will be phoning her next time we move!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start working with a new customer by taking a few minutes to speak with them about their goals and needs. Once I understand what the customer is looking for then I can make a plan to help them achieve their goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have organized for a long time as it makes me happy. I didn't start doing this as a job until about a year ago when it was suggested by a friend. I have worked through TaskRabbit as an organizer for about a year now.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from various backgrounds including both businesses and residential. I especially love working to make small spaces functional.
