- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many lawyers, I bill on flat, transparent rates, and always give estimates so that my clients can budget accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have an initial phone consult, I will provide a quote. Next, I send over our Engagement Agreement. After that, I take a deeper dive into my client's issue so that I can provide the best work-product or service that is customized to my clients' needs.
