Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: At Fuerza PT, we provide physical therapy and personal training services. Physical Therapy: Whether it's a sprained ankle, a car or work accident, or any pain or injury to the muscles, tendons, or bones, schedule an evaluation so we can assess for the source of the symptoms. At Fuerza PT, we use deductive reasoning to help find the source of pain or dysfunction and treat accordingly. Because it is inside of a crossfit gym we have access to alot of equipment that most PT clinics don't have. This allows us to get patients stronger more efficiently. Personal Training: Get stronger and fitter with a personal trainer who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Together we will come up with goals and an appropriate combination of strength and endurance training to help you get fitter and stronger. Physical Therapy We love to educate patients on their condition and then help them get better with different manual therapy and exercise techniques. We love to see our patients leave here feeling stronger and healthier! Personal Training We love to use the biomechanical and postural knowledge that physical therapists use, and apply it to strength and endurance training. This helps clients reach their goals with decreased risk of getting injured.

Natalie takes a very personal and active approach to identifying the problem areas and directing treatment towards regaining your modility and remaining active, not just simple recovery. She's focused on getting you involved in the treatment. Having done physical therapy before, I remember doing a lot of work when not at the appointments. Natalie makes it easy to continue treatment at home, both by going over the exercises in detail and using online tools that are easily available. I'm happy to take the time that is needed to get the results I'm after and to do that with the help of Natalie.
