Brandon is an absolutely amazing personal trainer. I was completely new to training when I first started with him, and even one year later he still he kicked my butt every time. I had never been leaner, healthier, stronger, or more educated on personal fitness until I worked with him. Though life tends to happen and I can’t maintain personal training all the time, Brandon has made a client for life. He knows what he’s doing and how to get results; he’ll pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses, develop personal goals for you, and teach you so much along the way. He keeps you motivated while still being impressively friendly and easy to talk to, so sessions tend to fly by and you’re exhausted before you know it! I will always come back to him for my training needs, and I recommend him 100% to guide anyone through their health journey.

My first session with Functional Body was extremely eye opening and super beneficial to be health & fitness. I have been Very active all my life playing college soccer and a short period of time playing professional soccer. After my playing career I moved into lifting a lot of weights kind of going for the bodybuilding type of features that I was looking for. I thought becoming stronger and well balanced in my left side of Olympic lifting would benefit me longer-term and help me become a healthier person. I have done other types of fitness including yoga Pilates. Bar orange theory high intensity interval training and when I saw functional body I wanted to try it out. I knew core activation was a huge component of being fit but with working it with the instructor Brandon for the first time he really Opened my eyes about activating my transverse muscle which is a huge component in controlling your body movements and basic human Movement. I highly recommend anybody looking to become a better performing athlete, human being, healthier, long Jevity on joints I strongly encourage to take a session with functional body before doing any type of other fitness.

I’ve trained with Brandon for almost a year now. Best personal trading experience ever! The workout continues to evolve as I improve. My posture and movement are light years ahead of where I started.
