- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote our clients longer times just to ensure that our cleaners have enough time to clean up to City Maid standards. You do not get charged until they the cleaning is complete to ensure you are billed the correct amount. We offer first time discounts as well as weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we hear the most from our clients is "That was fast!". City Maid Oregon strives to provide our clients a quick response time to their inquires. We even have a team member available until 8:00pm to respond to e-mails. We do our best to promote good communication to our clients and cleaners through our support team! After we offer you our quote, you decide when to make an appointment! We have a lot of cleaners available so you will most likely get the time you need or at least similar! We like to send you a reminder of your appointment the day before and then follow-up with an e-mail containing your official invoice for the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We don't have any required education or training but we do hire the best cleaners around! We do not hire cleaners with no experience or have any type of criminal background. We also are fully insured if there is ever an issue during your cleaning. We also ask clients if there are any special solutions they would like our cleaners to use. We have Eco and pet-friendly solutions upon request.
