- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a free intro lesson, consultation, and assessment. I want to be confident I am a good fit to teach my students. I want the student to feel comfortable with my personality and talent level. I ask a lot of questions to best understand why they want lessons and what the end goals are for them so I can tailor a teaching plan specific to there learning style and goals as a musician. After the free lesson and consultation students ready learn from me have the option to start by paying for lessons one at a time or by paying for their lessons monthly. They leave the free introductory lesson with exercises to begin practicing.

I am classically trained but have taken courses in jazz and improvisation and worked privately with a professional jazz player for a year in college.
