- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are determined by both the size of the dog, the services desired and the condition of the dog's coat. You will be advised of the exact cost when you drop your dog off -- no "surprises" with your bill! Our prices are probably the most competitive in the Portland area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After arranging an appointment day/time, the customer brings the dog - I evaluate the dog and together we go over what the grooming needs are. The customer leaves the dog and returns at a pre-determined time when the grooming is completed (usually 1 1/2 to 3 hours).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have groomed dogs professionally since high school - managing shops here in Portland and also in Seattle and Tacoma. I worked as the assistant to one of America's top winning dog show professional handlers for 6 years, traveling to dog shows all over the United States and Canada
