In addition to a B.A. In "Opening Minds: Studying the Science of Psychology and Spiritual Development" from the Johnston Center at the University of Redlands, Hart successfully completed the 840 hour intensive program at the Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle, WA in 2016. There, he received advanced training in structural integration techniques, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and more. He also completed a year long mentorship program in an advanced form of myofascial release and continuing education courses for cranial sacral therapy, Reiki, BodyTalk, and the Trager Approach. Hart honors the mind-body connection through his work as a certified and experienced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. His latest and deeply powerful certification is as a SOMA Breath facilitator, which he uses in conjunction with EFT for deep alchemical transformation with himself and his clients.
