We're happy to give you 10% off for paying cash. As a thank you for protecting our nation, we offer a 10% discount to veterans and currently enlisted members of the United States military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
St. John’s Home Inspections invites every client to attend their inspection. This gives Kevin an opportunity to show you any issues firsthand, answering your questions whenever they come to mind. Kevin is also available to take questions long after the inspection is over, because it’s important for you to have every answer you need before committing to a decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kevin is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector. He has over 25 years of construction and inspection experience in the Pacific Northwest. With extensive knowledge of home components, we can educate you on the quality of your current or prospective investment. Our goal is to provide a professional home inspection that’s designed to empower you with knowledge—putting you on the path to your perfect home.
