- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many times there is availability for a sliding scale or discounts. We want to make sure that you receive the service you are needing. Tell us what you are needing and we will see what we can do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on service. Our individual sessions are catered to what the client is looking to achieve. Our goal to help empower our clients to find the solutions themselves while we walk beside them for support and guidance. Our groups are catered to a specific theme such as workbooks, goals, process, etc. Our biggest aim is to help the client achieve the goals they have in front of them. We follow their lead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our counselors are experienced and have gone through some form of training.
