Ivan was a pleasure to work with, responds pretty quickly and was able to phrase things in ways I could understand when describing city-permits and wait times and other things like that. For my project (sidewalk repair/replacement) he did most of the work himself, and on the occasion he had help that man was also courteous and timely. CRM was upfront and accurate with cost analysis of the project and was prompt to move the project along after the city got around to approving the work on each step. His bid was also significantly less than the other three bids I received from private contractors and almost half of what the city quoted.

Ivan and his crew provided great professional constructional service. They were productive, efficient and easy to work with. My retainer wall and concrete additions were cleanly done and on-time per our contract. Ivan’s knowledge and experience was a great resource as I had questions about drainage and county codes.
