- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very affordable and offer discounts for repeat orders and referrals! What we quote you is what you pay, no hidden fees here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quick and easy. First we try and understand your budget, preferences, and concerns so that we can get you the best deal and exactly what you want. Then depending on the circumstances we may ask for a small deposit to hold the date for you. Then we fill out a simple contract for your reference and we're done! Of-course we encourage customers to always contact us with any questions or concerns. We want to make your catering experience as easy and tasty as possible :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training in the food service industry. We've done events with well over 350 people to as few as 25, therefore we know whats best for our customers!
