Introduction: Whether it's a dialogue about music performance nuances, or where middle C is located on the piano, I enjoy beginning, intermediate, and advanced players equally. My focus as an instructor is to find the interest and passion of each person who comes to me. If someone wants to learn about the blues, we'll jam on some boogie woogie. If someone wants to learn to play rock, we'll jam. Classical, we'll learn about phrasing- and throughout all of it we'll learn about the fundamentals of music theory and the importance of piano as an integral piece of the music world.
