FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible, and I want to work with you! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns with pricing. Also, the larger the group, the less individualized it becomes. It is more of a private group class after 3 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking a thorough evaluation is the first step. I want to gather as much information as I can regarding your needs, any pain, your goals, and your lifestyle with NO judgement. I will take notes on all this and track your progress as we go. I may also send you a few documents to fill out before our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished my 200-hour training in Chicago, and have studied almost 300 hours under Annie Carpenter (SmartFLOW Yoga), whose training focuses on spinal health and alignment. I've done 40 hours with Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers and have started my 500-hour advanced training with Yoga Medicine, a program based in Seattle, WA.
