FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching is a process where the coach and a coachee partner to achieve the outcome. This means that the process I follow is aligned with coaching, leadership, neuroscience and adult development concepts while also being specific to the customer and the customer goals. Through conversations we will create a clear vision of the goal, identify the challenges and rewards of that goal, and then together create and begin to implement a sustainable path to achieve that goal. My training in neuroscience allows me to work deeply and transformationally in ways that blend multiple methodologies with the science of how humans work their best. Those that have worked with me describe the experience as transformational and often stay in touch with me for years after coaching to celebrate their ongoing use of what they learned while we worked together. Following an introductory call, coachees can expect a letter of agreement outlining our agreements in the relationship and an introductory questionnaire that fosters our quickly getting into issue at hand. Coaching calls are conversational in nature and include many questions and inquiries that surface new perspectives on the goal.
