Working with Clay/All-Spect was an absolute treat. It is rare that you can find a professional that exhibits such a genuine level of care for the Client and delivers the same caliber of Service. Clay suggested that researching the Home Inspection process in advance would be beneficial and I am glad that we did. The cost certainly wasn't the cheapest out there, however everybody knows "you get what you pay for." What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put a lot value into my pricing. I will hopefully never be the cheapest but I will be the best. I do not leave an inspection until the client is completely satisfied and all their questions are answered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With over 25 years of home construction experience I feel I am a perfect fit for educating potential home buyers about their potential new home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of buyers. New home buyers are very excited and I enjoy being a part of that feeling.
