This review is quite late, but still wanted to take the time to provide a 5 star review. After months of no heat during the summer , we could no longer take it. On the night of July 4th, we reached out in the hopes of getting our system assessed within the week. To our surprise, he was available that night and came to fix our AC. There were several issues, and he resolved them all in a timely manner, gave us some great advice to maintain our system moving forward, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were beyond satisfied with the service / repair and have not had a single issue since ! I highly recommend booking with Reid’s.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Reid. He was incredibly nice to both me and the tenants. He expertly solved our problem and while I couldn’t be there, he kept me informed the whole time. I would recommend him for any plumbing need you have. It was a pleasure working with him and my experience was just like the other 5 star reviews that he has received.

Earl Reid is a fantastic electrician who professionally troubleshot my broken air conditioning compressor. He quickly answered my request for assistance and was at my house within the hour, even though it was dinner time on a Sunday.
