I am an employee for a construction company that works on high end residential homes. One of our projects, that we were working on over the summer, presented us with some substantial water issues due to condensation in the lower level (basement/crawl space). There was such an amount of this moisture accumulating, that it was dripping on the floor below as well as absorbing into the structure above. Through this scenario, we could've been faced with replacing some pretty expensive hardwood flooring on the upper floor as well as having to pay for an extensive mold remediation on the lower level. The technician, from Water Damage Solutions, that came to assess our situation was extremely knowledgeable in his industry. He knew exactly what to do and wasted no time in executing the plan he laid out to us. Through an extensive setup up of dehumidification coupled with air movement, this gentleman was able to lower the moisture level in the problem area. As a result, we were saved from potentially having to address much bigger issues that this water could've caused. I was also very impressed with level of honesty and concern from this technician. That's an attractive quality that isn't always promised in today's work force. Truly grateful for the work that Water Damage Solutions performed for us and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone facing issues of this sort!

Our home had a massive sewer backup that resulted in a disastrous mess of raw sewage throughout our basement. It required immediate remediation for many reasons. Our basement required cleaning, debris removal, drying and sanitation. Water Damage Solutions was referred to us by our plumber. Christopher was highly professional, explaining what he was going to to, how long it would take and what to expect in the following days as it was a week long process to dry out the basement once the sewage was removed. That evening however, Christopher worked literally into the small hours of the morning and didn't leave until the job was complete. Highly, highly recommend.

Flooding left our basement in such a state that I didn't think anyone would be willing to tackle the mess. Enter Chris, who describes himself as a disaster geek. He and Marissa responded swiftly to our SOS. They came out and gave us a quote that seemed reasonable, and we scheduled the job. They showed up when they promised and worked not only efficiently but enthusiastically (!), digging out mud and hauling away everything that had been damaged. We were thrilled with the results, but they suggested that they leave fans in place to complete the drying process. They offered to come back to remove any residue of dirt that remained. They couldn't have been more pleasant or professional. Their work was amazing! They are superheroes!
