FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work out my pricing based on how long it will take me, and how many revisions my clients ask of me. My standing fee is $20/hour. The first three revisions are free of charge as there is always some changes that need to be made, but to protect myself any other major revisions after that cost an extra $15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by asking what someone wants making sure I get all the details. I then like to sketch out quick thumbnails to get down the "feel" of a piece. When the client is happy with how that is looking I then start on the final work. I like to keep my clients updated as I go along, even with the final piece, so any changes that need to be made can be taken care of right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Northwest College of Art and Design with Bachelors degrees in visual communication. Specializing in Fine Art and Entertainment art.
