We do have a standard $79 service call and a standard $129 for a furnace and A/C tune up. Pricing is different for each customer based on their needs/requirements. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we typically spend about 5-10 minutes on the phone discussing the details of the their project and their availability. If necessary we will come out to your home to verify specifics of where your new equipment will go and then we provide them with a written estimate and schedule their install/repair. Being a small, family owned and operated business you are able to speak/work with the owner directly. We have very competitive pricing and preform quality work that we guarantee. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a C-20 California state contractors licence and are insured and bonded. We are an established HVAC company with over 10 years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience. We are members of numerous HVAC associations and hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurances including a general liability and workman's compensation for all of our employees.
