- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my jobs are done on flat rates with no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different and every job is different. The first thing I want to do is have a conversation about your issue or project and make sure it can be repaired or done to your specifications. If I feel it is within my scope I will schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Payment is only made if the client is satisfied at the end of the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years experience in the industry, including 7 specializing in home technology. I hold an A+ and Apple certification, as well as printer repair certifications from Dell, Samsung, and HP. I hold certifications in networking, security, scripting, hardware repair, and numerous operating systems including windows 7, 8, 10, Apple OSX, and Android.
