I gave him a rate of 5 for his honesty. He got to the job, started doing the work the. Realized he wasn't going to be able to finish because of safety. He chose not to be paid and turned the job down, even after he started doing some of the work. I feel like he has outstanding character for being upfront with me about the issues he encountered and for not risking his safety. Knowing this, I will definitely reach out to him again for lawn service.

Jordan was very accommodating. I messaged him through Thumbtack for a quote to mow my lawn and within 24 hours he had returned my call. Then he came the same day to mow my lawn! He did an excellent job and now he's scheduled to maintain my yard every 2 weeks. I'm so glad I found him on Thumbtack, now my yard is one less thing I have to worry about. Thanks Jordan!
