- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is our job to ensure your project is done exceptionally well, and on time. Client partnerships are very important to us. They are the keystone to our success. We understand that customers have a choice who they do business with. We recognize that we must partner with our clients to provide quality workmanship and services at a fair price. We focus on understanding the clients' ideas, give positive suggestions based on those ideas, and strive to deliver a high quality product that exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our teams have a combined experience of 30 years, minimum. Each of our team leaders have at least 10 years on site experience in each industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see pictures of work they have completed. Ask for references that you are able to call. Don't hire anyone or any company you don't trust. Customer service is important, especially in home improvements... make sure who you are working with is friendly and able to work with you for your vision, not theirs. Check all licensing and insurance. It’s important for companies to have workman’s compensation, not just general liability. PHS carries full General Liability & Workman’s Compensation.
