FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 to 60 minutes online lessons weekly, 4 times in a month. Payment for the month is due at the beginning of the month by at the first lesson. You can pay by check, venmo or zelle using your bank's app on your phone. There are no hidden costs, fees, add-ons, exceptions or business gimmicks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free intro lesson online or in-person at a time convenient to you. You can contact me via email, text or call to sign up. This free trial is a great opportunity for you to get familiar with my background and teaching style, and at the same time I can learn about your musical goals and taste, your dreams and expectations from the lessons. I'll follow up after the lesson to get your feedback and to set you up on a regular schedule if you choose to start your studies with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience playing in Europe and in the US. I hold a Bachelor degree in performing arts on guitar. My experience as a performer covers blues, jazz, funk, rock, pop, musical theater performances, big band swing, and other genres of music. Time to time I also write songs and working on arrangements, and working in theater productions playing electric and acoustic guitars, banjo, mandolin or ukulele.
