- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new buyer, I prefer to do a buyer consult. This allows me to outline the needs of the buyer and explain the buying process from the start to finish, answering any questions along the way. For a seller, I pull together a comprehensive listing report to outline the best market price for the sale and identify ways to add value to the home. This listing consultation also includes the listing process from start to finish and an opportunity to answer any questions.

Licensed real estate salesperson in Kansas and Missouri.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I left a career in corporate sales and marketing after being tired of constant travel and requests for relocations. I realized I had a knack for finding fixer upper properties and renovating them with my own, and explaining the real estate world of buying and selling to my friends and family. It only made sense to switch to doing it professionally, and it is the best professional decision I have ever made. I strive to go above and beyond to provide quality customer service for my clients.
