I set up an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance for a Tuesday. The day before the appointment he cancelled and wanted to reschedule for Saturday at 10am. I wasn’t thrilled as we had plans but agreed to it. The day before the next appointment I get a message wanting me to send pictures of my carpet. Seemed a little odd, I didn’t send pictures just let him know I had 3 area rugs and a couch. He messaged back that it would cost 180.00 which I was ok with but then said he could come at 1:00. Wait What??!!! I ended up cancelling because at that point I was very frustrated that he was again changing the time to come out. You should not have to schedule something a month in advance and then have to deal with a cancel and reschedule and then another reschedule in a weeks time. Plus I had already delayed my plans for the day so it was an additional huge inconvenience. Out of frustration I canceled.
