- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Avenue Events offers a flat fee for event planning based on the type of event that is needed. The fee is broken down into segments for convenience and flexibility. We start with a retainer fee that is due once the contract has been signed. After that the balance is broken down into two more segments and spaced out over the course of the event planning. We are happy to work with clients if there is a specific payment plan that works best for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Avenue Events offers a complimentary initial consultation for prospective clients. During this meeting we review the overall theme and look of the wedding or event and what your specific needs are for your event. Each event is special and unique and we treat them individually. After the initial consultation we can proceed with a contract and the planning begins! We offer venue and vendor recommendations as needed as well as decor suggestions and site plans. Our goal is to make your dream event come to life and make sure that it is on point with what you envision. We are happy to come along side you as you experience this exciting time of life!
