Integrative Therapeutic Massage

Introduction: I Michele Munday, LMT and CA, offer Mobile Massage Therapy Sessions 7 Days a Week. I incorporate a wide variety of massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage into each session based upon the needs of each individual client. I have over 5 years experience in Massage Education as a Campus Administrator, Admissions, Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor, and as a Sports Massage and Injury Rehabilitation instructor. I have also been worked along side a wonderful team of Chiropractors and Physical Therapists in a fast-paced Spinal Wellness center since 2012-2018. In 2017 I have trained with MedTek and have become a Certified CMAP Technician with Northern Arizona Pain Center in Prescott, AZ. I became a Massage Therapist because I am familiar with chronic pain and personally have a history of sports injuries and spinal dysfunction. This lead me to seek out alternative treatments to aide the body's muscular-skeletal structure returning it to a healthy balanced state.
