Gene and Fran did a great job. They were not your typical contractor says one thing does another , show up late , doesn't put in a full day,etc. they were on time worked digilently, check with us frequently during the progress of the work , cleaned up every day and left the job with the house in order like no one had been there.

Top Coat painters restored my popcorn ceiling and painted several rooms after a fire. They were extremely conscientious in prepping the site before beginning work. There was no damage to my hardwood floors etc. The popcorn ceilings now look better than when they were new. Gene and Fran also painted over wallpaper that could not be removed. The wallpaper seams are not visible because they spackled and sanded every seam. They are the best contractor I have ever worked with. Very responsive to all questions and requests. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

Gene and the rest of the guys were great! It's a small company with a personal touch. They sanded and stained half of our living room in our log cabin. At first the stain didn't quite match but we found a perfect one. Gene is not satisfied until you are satisfied! He takes the time to do it right and his workers were nothing but professional. Pick Top Coat painters and I assure you that you'll get the best product! He even gave me sound advice on our home for any touch up work in the future.
