What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to give you a seamless and hasslefree cleaning service. When you book with us, we personally review your cleaning details and contact you to see if you have any questions. Once your cleaning has been confirmed we select a professional maid team to clean your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our maids are all insured, bonded and experienced cleaning professionals. Our management staff has 18 years of customer care experience to help assure that you receive the highest quality support.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw how there were a lot of cleaning companies, but none of them seemed to be progressing toward a better service. Their websites were hard to navigate and filled with of absurd amounts of text that never seemed to provide any help. To get an estimate for a cleaning you had a lengthy conversation on the phone only to find out they needed to come to your home for you to receive an estimate. Frustrated with the services provided by all these companies, we decided to take things into our own hands. We created a cleaning service Maid Smart. The the cleaning company of our dreams. Focused on providing quality customer care, with modern convenience and always progressing toward a better service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with families, singles, managers, homeowners and renters. We hope to expand our service to more customers in the future.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My recent favorite project was a home in Princeton. It was owned by a single father preparing for a holiday dinner with family and friends. With a busy career life plus taking care of his children there wasn't much time to focus on cleaning. In 4 hours we were able to give him a sparkling clean home that awed his guests. He was able to take that free time to prepare dinner and play with his children, rather than cleaning. It was awesome helping make someone's holiday something special!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always makes sure the cleaning service you use is safe, reliable, and there are no hidden fees. They should have clear pricing, insurance, and third party background checks on all contractors and employees.
