I am a Realtor who had a listing in need of a qualified electrician. I have used Nick in the past and have always been confident that he will do an excellent job for my clients. Nick was called in after a seller's Home Inspection noted some safety and possible fire hazards. He was able to meet with sellers the next day to give a quote. His price was fair so sellers hired him to do the job. He was able to complete everything in a timely manner. He was neat, courteous, and above all honest. The sellers were very pleased as was the new buyer. As a realtor, it is important for me when recommending a contractor that their work reflects well on me. I am very satisfied and will continue to refer Nick to all my clients.

I am a realtor who had a listing with a major electrical problem. The buyer's home inspector discovered a fire hazard. I contacted Nick and he was able to come to the home the same day! He found the cause and repaired it. He was efficient and neat. Sellers were thrilled that they were able to close on time! I will continue to refer Nick in the future.
