- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple for gigs in our general area geographically: $200 per band member per up to a 3 hour performance time gig. Additionally we ask for food and libations if it is a party and they are available. So standard gig in the DFW area, $1000. If it is a large outside gig and we need to bring bigger sound system, bigger speakers, more speakers, power amps, etc. then there will likely be a surcharge. Also, if we have to travel a few hours to get to a gig, there is probably going to be a surcharge for gas and time. These surcharges will vary depending on the particular circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Verbal conversation with client to understand what their musical event needs are, the location and accommodations for the band, parking, power, setup area info, setup and performance times, payment information, etc. We can provide an invoice if needed, or W9 for tax purposes. We take payment by check, cash or PayPal.
