- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is never a fee to speak with us. We charge a percentage fee of the total amount we recover for your bodily injury claim only. We charge nothing to help you with your vehicle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the new potential client. Lawyers always want to talk and we realize that simply by listening we can learn a lot about the client and their problem. We always provide a free case evaluation on the phone. If we feel there is a case we then arrange for documents to be signed that allow us to provide representation. We then begin work on their case same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Brown University and Roger Williams School of Law. I am also a member of the bars of RI, Mass and Florida. I am an expert in the injury field.
