Michelle has yet to clean our house, but her initial meet & greet was informative and professional. She took notes in each room, wrote down what we were looking for, reviewed our supplies, and set expectations in a very clear and concise manner. She is personable and accommodating. I'm looking forward to next week!

I was a little nervous hiring someone privately and not from a company but after I met Michelle and read her previous reviews I wanted to give her a try!! She went over exactly what I wanted and She did everything I asked. Michelle was reasonable with her price! Defiantly will be using her again!

We seriously don't know what we would do without Michelle. We have worked with other services in the past and got tired of having a new person every other visit, having to introduce our dog, explain the pet snakes and chickens, clean before the cleaning people came, etc. Michelle works with our schedule, plays with our dog and cats, goes above and beyond every time she comes and is just an easy going person in general. If I forget to clean the sink out and load the dishwasher, she'll just do the dishes and let us know. She strips and makes our bed, and goes into the basement and throws the dirty sheets in the wash. I never experienced this with Maid Pro. Having a single, dedicated, reliable person makes ask the difference in the world. You build a relationship, not just a service.

The Cleaning Fairy cleans like I would! Overall cleaning is excellent, and if I had a special task I needed done, it was attended to efficiently and effectively. Being very picky about leaving someone else to clean my home, I always knew everything would be done up to my own standards. I highly recommend her, and I am very picky!!

The first step is setting up a walk through with a potential client to see the space, talk about priorities and create a task list. After the initial cleaning the client and I can make any needed adjustments :)
