- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, new customers inquiring about pricing will receive quote via method of contact they choose (phone, email, etc). We have discounts from time to time, and especially for returning customers. Promotions vary from month to month, so extra deals are offered. Just ask us about the current promotion or discount we have available! We also have a referral program - if you refer us to a friend, you'll receive $$$ when your friend reserves their date with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will be able to go over the contract terms and conditions before paying the booking fee so that they know everything at the time of saving the date for their event. The rest of the fee is due at least two weeks before your event date. Solid communication with client about event, set up, design layouts, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9 years of photography experience, 6 years in the photo booth business.
