- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing considers the current prices of local competitors and then applies a discount. I aim to be the most affordable solution while still providing absolute quality. As a one person team I have significant flexibility in pricing because I don’t have employees or families to provide for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a quote with what I understand to be a fair price, and then any other details can be discussed in the messaging. I always reply as quickly as possible and I always call the client before our appointed time to ensure that we have all the needed materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
