- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before we do anything, we verify the working status of your computer. When we understand and duplicate the problem you are having, we then research and apply the best practices for resolving the issue. After resolving the problem, we guarantee that the issue has been fully fixed. We will return and work on the problem, at no additional cost, and we will continue to do so until your issue has been resolved.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with home users and business users. The majority of our revenue comes from business users, but we are happy to help anyone with an IT or computer problem.
