FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes you always pay your workers first in the bid and then the company and then yourself that is the heirarchy of my payment system i bid a job on 1. hours of work 2. difficulty of the job 3. tools and materials needed
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started in 2007 summer break from school my mom had a friend that owned a demolishing business for burnt down homes and houses that had water damage or maybe just a really bad foundation. The jobs would vary but one thing would stay consistent the pace of work. Swinging a sledge hammer and not getting in trouble for it as a young teenager was the highlight of my summer. Fell in love with the type of work and stuck with it i painted/textured/drywalled the next 5 summers and had tons of experience in finishing homes then i worked installing flooring and carpet for a year moved cities met a carpenter and he taught me a lot about framing, wood working, trim, siding, insulation, and much more. The last and final thing i learned was concrete and roofing two of the most demanding jobs physically.
