Blake stopped by to give me an initial evaluation for mold infestation. He left me with a lot of helpful information, and didn't push for me to schedule a cleanup. Even though I live in an apartment building, he still took the time to check around the building and in the hallway for mold. I would definitely hire him when I am ready for the mold cleanup.

Everything has been great so far. We don't know if the treatment will work for our situation, but it seems like a healthy alternative. Blake was very professional and informative. His price was more than fair and he went above and beyond on a couple issues we had. As a business man, he kept in touch without being pushy, but enough so we made time to get the work done. If often put things aside when there is a time crunch. He was prompt and adjusted his schedule when we had to make a later appointment. I can't think of anyone who would have done better and we got 3 estimates. Thank you, Blake

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. Every project is unique and depending on what the pretest shows regarding types of molds and at what levels can dictate the scope of work for that specific project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any questions they have by phone then scheduling a free property inspection where we can educate the customer on mold and moisture issues which is the causation of mold related problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed New York State Mold Remediation Contractor. License number MR00440.
