- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on age and square footage of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we obtain the initial information about the home (address location, square footage, year built, etc), we agree on the cost and set a date and time that works best for you and your realtor. We will email you a form to sign and return before the inspection date, which tells you what to expect during our process. When onsite, we collect payment and inspect all areas of the interior and exterior of the home. We value you and your time and will work as detailed and quickly as possible, but feel free to ask any questions along the way. Once the inspection is complete, we will be diligent to get the report emailed to you as quickly as possible. We understand the purchasing process is lengthy and we focus on doing our part to have it run as smoothly as possible without any unnecessary hold ups on our end.
