Moving All-Stars were indispensable for my move. Preston was very responsive, and was able to schedule two wonderful movers (Dom & Kevan) to load up my portable storage unit. I had only specified a couple larger pieces of furniture and 10-20 boxes, but they did much more, and packed the storage unit efficiently. I highly recommend Moving All-Stars. One thing to suggest - let your customers know ahead of time that paying with a card will cost you an extra fee. Luckily I had my checkbook so I could avoid the extra fee - but it would have been nice to know in case I wasn't prepared.Apr 12, 2018Verified

A review like this is completely unnecessary...we didn't even move you. You told me you had "queen mattress, outdoor pots, a chair and a few misc items" I asked you what type of pots because pots can range from the size of a hand to 300 lbs....makes quite a bit of difference in the moving world. I also asked you what the "misc" items are. Thats all i asked...then you told me this is taking too much time and left a bad review. Doesn't make much sense...we are great movers, I hope others don't read this and think we aren't!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For local moves, we charge an hourly rate from when we show up at your origin address to when the move is finished at your destination address...as well a flat travel fee. This covers our cost to drive to the move and back. For pianos and small deliveries we provide flat rate quotes depending on the size of item and distance of delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We are a full service moving company. From the initial quote to the end of the move we strive to make this the easiest move you will ever have. We can quote online or over the phone to reserve a moving team. We show up on time on the agreed date, with a 15 minute courtesy call to let you know we are on our way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 6 years experience at one of the largest moving companies in Washington State. I worked my way up from just a seasonal helper all the way up to a branch manager in my time there. I completed over 1,000 moves with them. I left in 2016 to start All-Star Moving. The same high level service, at an affordable rate!
