FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! I offer different types of Home Inspections. All of which come with a typed, descriptive report with photos and a one on one with the Inspector. Pre-listing Inspection: Thinking of selling and want to know if there are any major concerns before listing. Pre-sale Inspection: Are you buying and want to know if there are any major concerns before that big investment. 11 month Inspection: You've purchased and your 12 month builder warranty is almost up. Check to see if any repairs by your builder are necessary. We will only be looking at areas and systems covered by your warranty. I'll ask that the homeowner makes a list of all complaints and concerns about the house and we will focus on those first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Shortly after requesting my services and agreeing on the fee, the date, time and address of the inspection, a new client will receive my pre Inspection agreement via email. After the inspection agreement is agreed to and signed, we will meet at said home on said date and start. I typically start outside and work inward and finish with the crawl space. The client is welcome to follow me around otherwise I will start solo and give the client an update after each section or after the inspection is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 year Army Construction Engineer. I've built many structures in many countries around the world. The building part is over, now it's time to Inspect. I completed the NARIES home inspection course and passed Washington state and National exams. I am Licensed in Washington state and I'm also an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector.
