- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are compatible with our service quality. You will not regret for hiring us. Our slogan: "Same high quality on every single visit"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is having a short conversation over the phone or by text message, when we ask what they want us to do, where they live, short description of their house (size and number of bathrooms and bedrooms, basically). Then, they will know our base price and we schedule an appointment at their house for a free estimate visit where the conversation goes on until closing the deal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a retired Electronics Engineer and Computer Technician and my wife is High School Graduated who used to work as a Hotel Accountant. Our experience in House Cleaning comes from 17 years in business dedicated to make our customers happy.
