I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hardy on an employment video I wanted to utilize in my search for my next position. I provided Mr. Hardy with a general idea. I was very impressed at the follow up, initiative, and communication Mr. Hardy displayed while working together on the video to clarify and create the desired outcome. He checked in frequently, requested feedback, provided examples of previous employment videos that have been completed, completed additional research on the employment video process, and provided a high-quality video as the finished product. I am very proud to provide potential employers with the video during my interview phase.
When shooting for the video Mr. Hardy was very professional and when I asked questions about the video equipment, he was more than able to provide an explanation about why the product was used and how it worked. He answered many questions I asked and provided suggestions and reassurance as I was not completely comfortable in front of the camera. He made the experience much more relaxing for me. He proved the mastery of his skills of video production, editing, coaching, feedback, clarifying expectations, and video aesthetics. Mr. Hardy displayed incredible amounts of adaptability during the filming process, he was able to meet at various times and locations to ensure we had the proper footage to successfully complete the video.
My experience with Mr. Hardy was very productive. I would gladly work with him again due to his professional attitude, ability to work interpersonally (and calm the nervous person), and his high technical knowledge of his profession.
If you are looking for a video production professional, I highly recommend Mr. Hardy.

Lucas went above and beyond to create a product for our non-profit organization that best exemplifies what we stand for. He did all the work, from video conception to music selection to recording and editing the video files.
