- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give each of our customers the lowest price possible we must first take a look at the property in person to ensure we are providing an accurate bid( bids are complimentary to all prospective customers).Because we are a smaller family run business, we are able to provide you with lower prices than larger companies....giving your lawn and garden more personal attention that your family will love!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will respond quickly to set up a time to come look at your property within 24 hours, provide a complimentary bid, and get you started up same day and added to the weekly maintence schedule. For larger jobs such as total yard cleanups, thatching, beauty bark etc. We can typically get you on the schedule for that week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been maintaining residential and commercial properties for over 10 years, worked and trained in the field side by side seasoned landscapers who have run successful businesses for 25+ years. The best type of experience you can have in this business is hands on, and here at 12th lady lawn care...we have lots of it!
