- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is honest and fair. When pricing electrical I would never go straight for the cheapest. I personally feel it is best to go with the one in the middle and the one that is easy to work with and has suggestions. go with the person that feels like your team mate In completing your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I will give a questimate on price based on the facts I read about your job. most of the time these facts are pretty vague. I will ask for more info in hopes you will contact me and be ready to go over exactly what needs to be done so I can give you the fairest price possible.then we can proceed to set up a time for your install and adjust pricing accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a state recognized apprenticeship program called ABC So. Cal. associated builders and contractors. I also passed my state journeyman license test and have completed serveral continued education courses to keep my journeyman status active. I am also a active C-10 license holder who is insured and bonded with commercial vehicle insurance. On top of all that I continue to grow and gain more knowledge daily
