Shannon and his team did an excellent job on a 400 square ft. (approx.) patio, stone wall and steps, and a concrete pad for steps to our existing deck. His workmanship and attention to detail was great, and he finished as close to schedule as was possible as he had to fight bad weather for the whole project, and cope with a few surprises that cropped up in the workspace. We were most impressed with his cordial demeanor and constant communication during the project. Compared to several other contractors that we spoke to for this project (both through Thumbtack and others), his communication and attention to scheduled appointments far exceeded those other contractors (several who just failed to show up and lacked the courtesy to let us know!). Our patio project turned out great and we would recommend Final Touch for any residential project of any size.
