- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on the size of your home and how many stories tall it is. They also depend on the type of lights you are wanting on your eaves and if you want any lights installed in the yard. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. We know that the holiday season is one of joy and we want you to be happy with the price and with the services received. All of our prices include installation and removal, but do not include the cost of the lights themselves. If the customer already has lights and they want us to use them, we will. If we provide the lights, we add the extra cost to what we quoted for the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out what the customer is looking for and how we can best serve them. I ask for an address so I can look the home up using Google maps to give an accurate quote. Sometimes the home is too new and isn't available online, in those cases I ask the customer to send me a recent photo of the home. After getting an idea of what the customer wants on the house I ask if there is anything they would like done to the yard. After getting all of this information I can give an exact quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in installing Christmas lights. We take pride in what we do and strive to make our customers happy.
