My experience with Madden Home Services was absolutely incredible. I live in a Cambridge condo and I needed my two ancient toilets replaced. I had no idea which type of toilet to purchase and how it would work with the install. Kyle explained everything in detail to me. He recommended different types of toilets but understood that mine was more unique because it was a “back plumbing” type. Once the toilets were delivered, Kyle came within two days and installed everything with efficiency and really beautifully. I am so incredibly pleased! I highly recommend everyone work with him.

I had an outstanding experience with Kyle. For context, I had emailed a few other people on Thumbtack prior to reaching out to Kyle and lets just say they were no where near as responsive or patient. I had corresponded with Kyle previously on another project that I had decided to postpone indefinitely but remembered how easy it was to speak with him and decided to reach out again. He has been the only person so far I have contacted for plumbing jobs that has allowed me to explain my situation and then also explain back his reasoning for why he could or could not do something. I really appreciate that. We agreed on a date and time and he was very punctual. This particular project was regarding a faucet side valve replacement. I got the parts from the original manufacturer and Kyle was able to take out the old one and put in the new one. Other plumbers wouldn't even entertain the idea, Kyle at least was. He stayed until the situation was fully resolved. I highly recommend him for your handyman/plumbing needs. We also discussed other types of household jobs that he could provide and while I do not yet have the need, I will be sure to look him up for future jobs! 5 star rating for outstanding work.

Had Madden Home Services out for some work later on a Friday installing a new faucet and water line for our new fridge. Great communication, on time and kept it as easy as possible. Will definitely use him again and recommend to friends. Very happy!

Kyle was very responsive and helped diagnose the problem with my toilet over the phone with me. Fortunately just needed a replacement but it was good to know he wasn’t going to show up and hit me with a massive repair. He picked the toilet up, took the old away, and was in And out in 30-40 minutes. Pretty straight shooter. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs
