The Wallace team responded right away, arrived at the agreed upon time, provided a quote for 3 different options. The quote was significantly cheaper than the other companies that we spoke with and the response time was way faster! They replaced our water heater and did a fantastic job. Chris was the one that came, he was very professional and knowledgable about why the clog might have occurred. Solved the problem promptly, and charged me half of what he asked for initially. Will I recommend their service to others? Yes! Will I use him again? Oh yes! As a mater of fact, I've already scheduled another job with him for tomorrow, in another tenant's apartment.
